ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No exchanges offered as items are limited-edition and replacements cannot be guaranteed.
If a NEW unused/unworn item is defective upon receipt or is non-repairable, please email photos of the broken item within 3 business days to email@example.com to request a store credit.
Credit will ONLY be issued via email in the form of a promo code. After three business days returns/credits are non applicable.
Normal wear and tear of a worn item is not eligible for returns/credits.
Open O-rings, Jump Rings or adhesive loss, which can be repaired with minimal effort and/or jeweler's glue, are not eligible for return or credit. Please inspect all jewelry upon receipt and prior to wearing it.
We examine every piece of jewelry prior to shipping, tighten loops, check clasps, jump rings etc. If something arrives damaged we'll work it out on a case by case basis. Please contact us directly.
Changing your mind after it has been purchased and/or shipped is not eligible for a return or credit. The 24 hour payment window is a generous time to allow for edits and/or communication for changes prior to payment. You are responsible for your decision to purchase.
There is no liability for shipping delays, errors or damages upon shipping. Insurance is highly recommended. Please review our shipping policies for more information.
